Springhill Cohousing has been designed to foster a sense of community whilst retaining individuals' needs for privacy. All 34 homes have their own kitchens and private living spaces and an equal share in the 3 storey Common House; there is also one workplace studio. For more information about the community see the home page or look at the photos.

Please bear in mind that if you are seriously considering moving to Springhill you should also contact Rosie Eva rosie@gl51tn.co.uk who arranges visits and will be happy to talk to you about the community, the way it works, your rights and responsibilities, the common house, cooking and eating, lawn mowing and all the other enjoyable and important aspects of cohousing.
